Protect not infect

Its not secret that we are in a pandemic. People are getting sick all  due to covid19. we need to all put in our effort to help reduce this life threatening virus. Here are some tips and tricks to protecting yourself from the corona virus.

1- limit your social interaction. Stay home as often as you possibly can, only leaving for emergencies and necessities. 

2- disinfect surfaces that are touched such as, phones, steering wheels, door knobs and keyboards. 

3- Wash your hand. To time yourself sing happy birthday

4- Cough in your shoulder and wear a mask
